Kim likes to win. Growing up with four sisters and two brothers meant playing a lot of Monopoly. Games that lasted late into the night and sometimes into the next day. Kim brings that same competitive spirit to working with our clients. Your success is her success. She takes it personally. She wants you to win and will do everything possible to make that happen. Except maybe rob the bank.

Charlotte is our people person and she believes it’s all about people and relationships. She takes an intentional, strategic approach to ensure that our business objectives and People Ops are aligned. Charlotte has experience in a wide range of industries at different growth stages. Throughout her diverse experiences, one message has remained constant -- it’s the people within the organization that drives success. Together, we are more innovative and we’re able to become greater than the sum of our parts. When Charlotte is not in the office, she enjoys traveling with her daughter and going on day trips to check out new hole-in-the-wall restaurants with her husband. Always up for a challenge, Charlotte was rescued by a shelter Jack Russell Terrier named Sophie in February 2018. We call Charlotte crazy because Sophie is not Charlotte’s first Jack Russell Terrier.

Good Dog
Max is a good boy who likes to hike Mount Sanitas, bark at the mailman and eat snacks. When it comes to crafting a story, his strategy is simple -- be upfront with the meat (of the story), there’s no room for fluff. At times distracted by the random critter in the yard, Max always gets back to the job at hand, lifting spirits in the office and keeping it exciting.
